Loyola Law School
Topic: Retirement Planning for Lawyers: Facing the Challenges
The LAIPLA Small Firm/Solo Committee is presenting a lunchtime panel that will address retirement planning for lawyers of ANY size law firm, while also addressing some of the unique challenges facing solo and small firm practitioners. Our panel of experts will cover a variety of issues germane to these topics, including options and strategies for retirement planning, succession planning, selling a firm, and others. Our panelist will also discuss a new state law requirement for firms to provide a workplace retirement savings program, known as CalSavers. The event will include an opportunity to network with fellow IP attorneys in the community.
A selection of sandwiches will be available at 12:15 and we will begin our panel at 12:30.
