Emil Bednar was a Houston based patent attorney who had been a partner in Bednar & Jamison and, before his retirement, was a name partner in the firm of Vaden, Eickenroht, Thompson, Bednar & Jamison. Emil retired in 1985 to enjoy life as a pecan farmer.
