Whither Kenyon & Kenyon?

January 12, 2016| in Wegner's Writings| by Hal Wegner

Whither the era of the prominent New York powerhouse patent boutique?  Since the1990’s many of the leading New York patent boutiques have disappeared through merger or otherwise.

Kali Hays presents a view of the historic Kenyon & Kenyon firm with its current roster of 85 lawyers, down from 220 in 2006. See Kali Hays, Orrick Gets 4-Atty IP Team From Struggling Kenyon & Kenyon, Law360, January 11, 2016.

Regards,
Hal
