Congratulations. Vikrum, the new Chief of Staff of the United States Patent and Trademark Office who had originally been brought to the Patent Office under then Under Secretary David J. Kappos. Prior to joining the Patent Office, Aiyer had served as President Obama’s senior policy advisor for the innovation and manufacturing agenda at the National Economic Council.
