Top Ten Cuozzo Speed v. Lee, Second Conference TODAY

January 15, 2016| in Wegner's Writings| by Hal Wegner
In Cuozzo Speed Technologies LLC v. Lee, Supreme Court No. 15‑446, petitioner directly challenges the rule for post grant proceedings that claims should be given their “broadest reasonable interpretation”.
This is the second Conference for the Cuozzo case, suggesting a heightened possibility for grant of certiorari.  A decision whether to grantcertiorari could be announced as early as this afternoon but not later than the Orders List of January 19, 2016.

Regards,
Hal
