“Top Ten § 101 Patent-Eligibility Patent Drafting Rules” (New Paper)

January 4, 2016| in Wegner's Writings| by Hal Wegner

The captioned paper explains the writer’s theory of patent drafting where the claims include  Section 101-challenged subject matter, a “law of nature”, “natural phenomenon” or an “abstract idea.”  The paper confronts the challenge of gaining allowance of claims under dicta in what is now described as the Mayo/Alice case law.
