The latest list of top patent cases at the Supreme Court is attached.  New to this list are certiorarisleepers that have a significant chance of review, Google v. Arendi  (obviousness based on “common sense”); and Merck & Cie v. Watson Laboratories (secret sales as prior art (pre-America Invents Act)).

Naples Roundtable, Jan. 14-17th, Registrations About to Close:  Supreme Court patent cases will be a hot back corridor discussion topic in Naples at the beach, on our dinner cruise and at receptions at this annual event.   Registrations are about to close as we project reaching capacity this week. The Naples Roundtable, Inc.TM is a Sec. 501(c)3 nonprofit organization “Exploring Ways to Strengthen and Improve the Patent System”, https://www.thenaplesroundtable.org/.
