Suzanne Biggs was a biotechnology and pharmaceutical patent who spent her career in private practice following a stint as a corporate patent attorney in San Francisco with Chevron. She did her undergraduate studies at Pomona College (BA Chemistry); doctoral studies at Stanford University; and gained her law degree from the University of Southern California.
