According to the ABA Journal[FN*], the captioned acquisition reported February 17th (appended below) has been consumated. The article reports that “[t]hose joining Polsinelli include top management at Novak Druce, which currently has about 80 lawyers ***. Novak Druce partner Q. Todd Dickinson [said] ‘the vast majority of lawyers and staff will be combining with Polsinelli.’”

Coming on the heels of the recent Blank Rome acquisition of much of the Dickstein Shapiro firm, it has been reported that Polsinelli PC is set to acquire many of the lawyers of Novak Druce. See Jake Simpson, Polsinelli Set To Acquire Novak Druce Attorneys, Law360 (Feb.16, 2016).
Simpson reports that, subject to a vote this week, Polsinelli PC will acquire “a significant number of the remaining attorneys at struggling intellectual property boutique Novak Druce Connolly Bove + Quigg LLP[.]”
