It’s a New Year for the Patent Pilot Program: New District Judges and an Update on the Magistrate Judge PPP
For this year’s “LAIPLA Goes to Court,” please join us on Tuesday, December 1, for a virtual lunch with our distinguished panel of judges from the United States District Court for the Central District of California:

- The Hon. Michael R. Wilner, LAIPLA Member, Magistrate Judge
Roundtable discussion moderated by:
- Yungmoon Chang, Former Patent Pilot Program Clerk
The judges will provide their views on topics relating to patent cases, including Local Rules, technology tutorials, litigating patent cases in the age of COVID, the Magistrate Judge Patent Pilot Program, and participation by young lawyers.
Los Angeles Intellectual Property Law Association (provider # 2083) certifies that the Annual Meeting and Patent program has been approved for MCLE credit by the State Bar of California in the amount of 1.0 hours.
