Frank Wolffe was one of the many respected patent attorneys of the mid-twentieth century who gained a legal education from the George Washington University Law School (JD 1954).
Frank was a respected Washington, D.C., patent attorney who in 1994 retired from Wegner, Cantor, Mueller & Player when most of its practice was merged into Foley & Lardner LLP. He had previously been a partner at several firms including Fidelman & Wolffe where he had been a name partner.
