In Top Ten No. (10) ePlus v. Lawson Software (injunction following PTAB invalidation of the patent), and Arthrex v. Smith & Nephew (whether indirect infringement is negated by a good faith belief that the patent is invalid), which had been scheduled for Conference last Friday, the Conference was cancelled because of the passing of Justice Scalia.
