Bio: Todd Adler

Todd Adler is Senior Managing Counsel in the Trademark, Marketing & Copyright group at Oracle and has been with the company for over fifteen years. He manages clearance, prosecution and enforcement of the global trademark portfolio for the Oracle brand, handled trademark issues for the Oracle Park naming rights deal with the San Francisco Giants, and negotiated the naming rights agreement for Oracle Arena where the Golden State Warriors played until 2019. He has advised executives on major marketing initiatives, and acted as Oracle’s designated expert on copyright issues in litigation. He has also worked on clearance of advertising campaigns, including challenges at the NAD and FTC, and domain name acquisition and policing projects.
