LAIPLA Women in IP Committee and ChIPs Los Angeles Chapter are pleased to present an engaging in‑person luncheon program featuring Alison Fragale, award‑winning professor and author of Likeable Badass: How Women Get the Success They Deserve.

Join us for an insightful fireside chat exploring the intersection of likability, power, and professional success. Professor Fragale will examine the status gap women face at work and how perceptions of assertiveness and warmth shape leadership opportunities, offering strategies for influencing how women are seen, gaining recognition, and advancing in complex professional environments.

This program is designed for attorneys and professionals at all career stages who are interested in leadership, influence, and advancing women in the legal profession.

About the Speaker
